Here is a brief description of iEvolve Design’s workflow. Generally, this is how we operate, however, due to the nature or scope of projects we help create we may need to be more accommodating in our procedures.

1. Free Consultation
Our consultation is free and typically runs an hour in length. If you have a project you are interested in discussing, feel free to contact us and we will set up a time to discuss your project by phone, email, Skype or, in person, if you are in Calgary, AB.
Let us know what you want to create and we can provide ideas and possible solutions, as-well-as a project timeline. If you are stuck for ideas we are in the creative idea business and can provide you with some creative solutions too!
2. Free Quote
Once we understand the requirements of your project we will email you a “Free” no-obligatory quote on the cost of your project. It is only an outline if you proceed with the project. You are under no obligation.
3. The Agreement/Contract will be drawn up
When you are satisfied with the quote then an agreement/contract will be drawn up and signatures will be required. It can be sent electronically, by email, or dropped off in person.
4. A Statement of Faith will be Required
Once the agreement/contract has been signed a minimum of 25% will be required before the project will commence.
5. Setup Project Management Service
We use box.com for our project management service for our clients. It is a FREE service we offer our clients during the duration of the project. If the project has been completed we will keep folders accessible for all clients to obtain any source files necessary. Since this service is accessible from any location, it is extremely easy to show and share file(s) with the necessary parties seamlessly. Box.com also has a mobile application you can download for free.
We use box.com to streamline the process and allow full client interaction. Here you can see what we are doing, make comments or give us feedback. We hope that this will eliminate the need to ask ‘what is the status of a project’ as you will have full participation in the creative process, if you so choose. A walk-through on how to use the service will also be provided if necessary.
6. The Project will Start
Once the statement of faith has cleared we will start the project. All progress can be monitored through our services with box.com. If you choose to opt out of the FREE service we offer through box.com, we can send you emails or Dropbox links. However, we highly recommend the use of box.com services.
Also, at this point in the workflow, we start to develop the concept(s).
7. Client Approves Final Concept(s)
At this phase, clients approve the final concept of direction, but more variations may be created. In most cases, it is simplifying the concept into the most efficient form.
Before the final phase can begin, a minimum of 50% of the total balance must be paid and cleared.
8. Send Invoice
Once the final concept(s) have been approved and signed-off then we will send you the invoice. Please review our PAYMENT POLICY if you have any questions.
9. The Final Project is Delivered
After the final payment has been made, we will send the the final project to you electronically through box.com, email or Dropbox. If need be, we can also drop it off locally, in Calgary, AB. We also courier anywhere for an additional charge.
How long does it take to complete the work?
At iEvolve Designs we work hard to complete your project as soon as possible. Please let us know the urgency of your project before we begin, so we can give you an accurate completion date.

We require a deposit before work can begin. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
Final concept(s)/assets will only be released after final payment.
We reserve the right to amend or make changes to the: Terms and Conditions, Work process or other documentation as deemed necessary.
All third party cost must be paid in full before services are used.
